I typically use a powder from Hammer called Perpetuem and this by far blows it away! The flavor, consistency and the energy is incredible! My runs have been the best times I have had and I feel like I have more endurance than in my previous runs. I will be using Nutrisurg for an upcoming iron man.

Drank Nutrisurg before 30 mile ride and a 10 mile run and felt great! I felt hydrated and had endurance for the duration. My heart rate was lower than normal from the l-citruline. I was shocked on how good I felt afterwards – I will be using this product again!

Great stuff! Not bulky at all and no GI issues. Energy was honestly through the roof! I honestly could not believe how jacked I was. More than any other drink I have tried and I have tried them all. Nutrisurg is a great pre work out- recovery drink!!!
