Great energy and recovery!

I drank Nutrisurg before completing a long hero WOD at CrossFit. I’ve completed this workout every Memorial Day for over 10 years. In years prior my body crashed around round 10 and the struggle was real. This time I was halfway through and still felt great! Worked hard until the end and the recovery was faster this year due to the rehydrating formula. Raspberry taste was amazing!

I drank nutrisurg before hard Monday practices and felt it gave me an edge. I was able to keep my endurance high, and push through difficult and tiring segments. I felt no brain fog when fatigued, and super energized. On gameday, I felt these same benefits to help me perform my best.

Great after my 5k run!!

This drink was great to help my muscles heal after a 5k run out in freezing temperatures. The flavor was delicious and not too sugary like other drinks!!

I drank Nutrisurg the night before my shoulder labrum repair surgery and taste was great. I had my second bottle the morning as recommended. I recall waking up and thinking this wasn’t as bad as I was anticipating, was expecting it to be worse and thought it would be more painful. Hard to compare this to anything as I have not had surgery previously, however I definitely felt really good and my pain was very tolerable.
